This always goes down brilliantly and is so simple to make
Cook the Chicken breast in a pan.
Add chorizo, pepper and onion - stir
Add tomato puree, garlic and paprka - stir
Add chicken stock and white wine and bring to the boil.
Add the rissoto or paella rice and any more liquid if needed.
Stir for 5 minutes, then bring to the boil, cover and stir every 5 minutes for 15 minutes.
Uncover and stir to the desired consistency.
Remove from stove and Serve
If rice isn't cooked - add liquid (wine or water) and stir until desired consistency.
