Bananas...the fruit thats as green as the grinch one day and the next is freckly and squishy. So, heres a quick and easy recipe to save those soft bananas.
. Three bananas
. Two eggs
. Butter (melted) 75g
. Caster sugar 100g
. Flour 185g
. Baking powder tsp
. Choc chips 80g
Method ( Set the oven to 180c)
. Mash the bananas in a bowl and then add the melted butter.
. Stir and add all of the other ingredients.
. Pour mixture into baking tin
. Pop in the oven for 45 minutes
(check with a skewer, if the mixture sticks to the skewer pop it back in until cooked)
Leave to cool before cutting and sharing!!
