I often eat this in a bowl and don't even bother wrapping it up. Quick and easy lunch at the office and a filling dinner that is next to no effort to make.
Serves 2 - Total time 5 minutes
You will need:
Mexican flavoured Rice
Cheese(if you wish)
How to make:
Put your tin of beans in a microwavable bowl and chuck it into the microwave for 2 minutes.
Open the Mexican rice sachet and pop that in for 2 minutes when your beans are done.
(if you have a large microwave you could put these both in together for 2 minutes)
Pour the rice into the bowl of beans and mix
To make a burrito you will need to put two serving spoons of the mixture into the middle of a tortilla wrap and wrap it up.
Add cheese and sour cream/guacamole/salsa/salad if you would like to
You can then fry this over a stove (1 minute each side)
or eat as it is.
I sprinkle with cheese and consume the bowl without wrapping it
