The quickest, easiest, healthiest way to quench your Pizza cravings!
To make Tortilla Pizzas you will need;
Tortilla wraps (Gluten Free works too)
Pizza toppings (peppers, ham, controversial pineapple etc)
Cheese (lacto-free if your stomach cant hack it)
Method to the madness:
First, turn the oven to 180c/400f (Fan) or Gas mark 6
Then lay out your tortilla wrap on a baking tray.
Mix a tbsp of tomato puree with w teaspoon of water and spread over the tortilla wrap
Add your toppings and a generous amount of cheese (Lacto-free cheese works well too).
Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
leave to cool for a minute or so before eating.
