I have always been sporty and driven, but in 2014 I fell unwell with a whole array of health problems, later being diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, Ethlers-danlos Syndrome, Mast Cell Activation Disorder, chronic fatigue and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. I have struggled with my health ever since and am on a large amount of medication but the biggest thing I have found that has helped me is exercise. Not only does it help me physically improve my symptoms but mentally it is a big release for me. It also helps create normality as it can be so easy to separate yourself from normal daily activities when you have chronic health conditions.
